The US 2000 arch banders can be automated and configured to work with existing machines to present a package for banding without an operator being present. The US2000 banders are designed for three shift operations or operations with multiple hours per day of banding. The US2000 arch banders can be set up with a product feeder, counter/stacker and then banded automatically without an operator present. The wide banding does not damage the edges of products and the papers and films can be printed for bar coding, product enhancement and brand identification.
US-2000 Ultra Sonic Banding Machines are industrial duty automatic banding systems designed for commercial use with paper, clear film and ribbon film banding materials in width ranging from 15mm to 100mm.Available in many different sizes in stand alone banding machines or fully Automated Banding Systems. The US2000 can be set for 75mm (approx. 3") or the 100mm (approx. 4") banding with the US2100 machine. The US2000 machines can be customized for a particular application.
