Felins Model 2000 String Tying Stations

The Pak-Tyer 2000 is a state-of-the-art, electronic direct drive system, water-resistant and impervous to dirt and contamination. It eliminates the typical wear points of conventional tyers - belt and gear wear - because it is electronically driven not belt driven.

Thanks to the new circuitry, the Pak-Tyer 2000 can be installed in a variety of in-line applications. No need for different attachments when changing tying material, the Pak-Tyer handles 3 to 24 ply cotton twine and virtually all synthetics - twisted co-poly, elastomer, and polytape. The Pak-tyer 2000 is built to last through years of heay-duty use, and with minimum maintenance and maximum performance.

Felins Model 2000 String Tying Stations

Felins Introduces the latest in added machine safety with it's new electronic photo safety sensors. These sensores are integrated into the Direct Drive System and have a four inch high field of vision. They are located directly under the table at the leading edge of the delivery arm entry slot.

They are designed to prevent the operation of the machine while any object is directly in the path of the twine delivery arm as it travels through the stainless steel tabletop. They also instantly stop the machine during it's cycle if any object is accidentally moved into the path of the delivery arm as it moves.

DECREASE YOUR SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE with the Vacuum Tail Removal System option, exclusively from Felins. This specially designed 2000 series option will help you reduce your regular maintenance time by eliminating the daily machine cleanout from your schedule. Available for all machine sizes, you can let the VTR system do the daily cleanup for you. The VTR system also significantly reduces the possibility of costly repairs by keeping the tying area free from waste buildup. UPGRADE - The VTR upgrade kit includes everything you need to update your existing Pak-Tyer. This maintenance upgrade will eliminate the need for emptying the cut-offs tray or cleaning out of the mainframe tying area.
