The RQ-8A is available in 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 tabletop belt configurations to match various package sizes

The conveyor speed is variable, up to 29.4 m or 98 feet per minute on standard machines and as an option the speed can be increased to 40 m or 132 feet per minute. An inverter system makes it safe and easy to adjust the belt speed.

The standard RQ-8A allows selection of 0, 1 or 2 straps. Optional automation packages are available to provide a variety of automatic strap placements.

Self-correcting technology vital in fully automatic applications, such as three-time auto re-feed, loop ejection, the integrated, self-diagnostic monitoring system, is standard on all RQ-8A models.

At 54 cycles per minute, the RQ-8N has a throughput of up to 40 bundles per minute.

In addition to the standard features such as easy strap loading, auto re-feed, loop ejection and lubrication free operation, the RQ-8N is equipped with dual strap dispensers and an Automatic Coil Changer that allows continuous operation even after a coil of strap runs out. Pneumatic side and front squaring and soft bundle press as well as Automatic Tension Control insure bundle integrity.

The variable speed conveyor with inverter control provides easy integration into any automated line and the flexibility to maximize line productivity. The optional, operator friendly touch screen panel makes operation easy. On screen prompts guide you through the adjustable settings for the press and squaring devices and provides production and trouble history logs.

The RQ-8CR/FB features a high cycle speed, easy strap loading, auto re-feed and loop ejection, lubrication free operation and safe dual tensioning. It incorporates a 1650mm x 500mm (65" x 20") arch, top compression, variable speed conveyor and runs 5mm or 6mm (1/4") strap to facilitate the requirements of corrugated container production.

For production settings with high output requirements, the RQ-CR/FB is now available with a dual strap dispenser and automatic strap coil transfer system. This newly developed system is designed to prevent any costly production stoppages due to strap coil changes.

The model RQ-8CR is also available with a driven roller conveyor table. The driven roller version, Model RQ-8CR/FR, shares the same robust design and performance enhancing features of the RQ-8CR/FB with the added flexibility of a powered roller bed.
