US-2000 Ultra Sonic Banding Machines are industrial duty automatic banding systems designed for commercial use with paper, clear film and ribbon film banding materials in width ranging from 15mm to 100mm. The cold-welding Ultra-Sonic technology ensures fast, clean, and consistent sealing. The welder has no film build-up and no heating elements to replace. The machine is ready for immediate use; no need for preheating. Ergonomic construction, computer control and malfunction indicators ease operation of the machine.

Each of these units uses three sizes of banding:

• 20mm wide (approx. 3/4")
• 30mm wide (approx. 1-3/16")
• 50mm wide (approx. 2")

The US2000 can be set for 75mm (approx. 3") or the 100mm (approx. 4") banding with the US2100 machine. The US2000 machines can be customized for a particular application.

The US-2000 LB loop machine’s open arch is suitable for products which vary in size and can be removed from the top.

The Ultra-Sonic US-2000 AB is constructed as a modular system. It is suitable for incorporation into fully automatic systems. The US-2000 AB can be delivered in various sizes. Special arch sizes up to a width of 1300mm and a height of 900mm are available for special applications.

Banding machines are not the same as strapping machines. Printable paper or thin film, typically 30mm wide, are wrapped around a stack of products, pulled tight and sealed using heat or ultrasound. The wide band holds stacks of delicate materials, such as bank notes or envelopes, together securely without damaging the edges.

The MS 420 offers superior reliability in a tabletop model. This light weight portable unit provides reliable heat seal banding using paper or plastic materials.

The ease of operation, material changing and versatility of using paper or plastic material, make the MS-420 ideal for a wide variety of bundling applications. Material is also available in color and can be imprinted.

Freely adjustable tension allows bundling of a variety of products without damage to edges.

Impulse heat seal technology enables immediate use, there is never a need to pre-heat the unit. The MS-420 has the capabilities of banding up to 25 bundles per minute.

The machine is available in both a tabletop version or on a stand. The MS-420S comes with a large roll dispenser stand, allowing for fewer material changes. The motorized dispenser eliminates drag as the material is drawn into the machine. The stand’s adjustable height feature allows the unit to be integrated into most production settings.
